The organic extra virgin olive oil that Bonum Terrae offers is of excellent quality. It comes from the area of Rethymno in Crete (from the semi-mountainous regions of the north Crete). Olive oil has a balanced taste and it is very aromatic. Acidity is lower than 0.6% and has good values of K and ΔΚ. Due to xeric conditions prevailing in the island of Crete, the content of unsaturated fatty acids is increased and the nutritional value of this extra virgin olive oil is high.
